Yesterday, after I finished roasting pumpkins I was so excited to make something with my fresh pumpkin puree. I found a recipe from Taste of Home for Pumpkin Custard. I tweaked it just a little bit and it came out so good! I will be making this yummy treat for out wheat free guests at Thanksgiving.
